Galaxy Note google play has stopped working HELP!!

Hi

 

My Galaxy Note is showing com.google.process.gapps has stopped working I have tried clearing data, resetting apps, clearing cache, enable and disable and reinable download manager/downloads

 

Nothing is working.

 

Please help.

I've not used that phone but perhaps a soft reset or last resort Hard Reset may work.

Just google on how.

I had an update for Google Play on my Galaxy a few days ago and after I restarted it, it seems to be working fine. Did you do the update?
