Bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini through o2 online. I've only had it for 3 days and the phone keeps switching itself off. Where do i return the phone to?

These cheap accessories off ebay and the like give manufacturers a bad name......

Sadly it wasn't until the third post that it was mentioned that a non-official battery had been used.
