Does 02 have an email address please?

I have just viewed my bill and it's ££20.29, I was told that it would only be £18.50..  Can anyone explain this to me and does 02 have an email and customer services tel so I can contact them please?

As I thought.

mms are multi media messages  (sending photos via text). Old hat now and charged at 40p per message.

It takes me back to when people that had a Nokia sent pictures to other mobile brands...they were never compatible...you had to have a Nokia to be able to open them...or you would get a message like this !

Even I never use MMS now...I use Messenger over Wifi...other free apps are available. My new bill was in excess of what it should have been ...as @jonsie stated. due to the fact that you have a couple of extra days added on the initial one
