Constant Balance Notifications

Hi, I've just switched over to o2 (after terrible serivce from Virgin Mobile) and as soon as I placed in my sim, I recieve notifications with my balance value everytime I send a text message.

I understand this may be of a result of something I've looked over, but any help would be much appreciated.

I'm wondering if it's the settings texts you get & the survey questions on your experience of buying the phone is what's happening also

The alerts won't just stop by themselves. ..you need to call.

Well, what can I say? I went away from my phone for 20 minutes or so, only to return and find no notifications when I sent texts. I can assure you that no call was made.
