Cant receive email away from home wifi?

Hi

 

I have a new motorola g5 but cant seem to receive emails when away from the home wifi?

 

I think its just a case of turning something on or off but can't remember what, can anyone advise please?

That's just a signal problem then. If you are getting 4g, that's a great signal, but just g is poor so your phone won't do much.

Your settings are OK though.

@Anonymous If you have a list of what apps use mobile data while out. You need to add or switch on email to the list then it will work

Also text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone in case it's something that just got deleted.
