Waiting for my contract email

I’ve done everything I need to to upgrade my account with a new phone and contract. It’s been over two hours since I should have received my contract in an email and I still haven’t. 

I'm advised not to proceed without receiving this. 

How long can I expect to wait until I receive this and can complete my upgrade?

Check your junk or spam mail folder, if its. not in there then you are going to best calling o2 tomorrow morning  and speaking to the sales team on 0800 081 0255
