I want to change the number my Galaxy S7 edge diverts to on no answer after 30 seconds. If I type in **61*phonenumber*11*30#Send I get "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". I get the same error message if I try to check the status usung *#61#Send.
I've tried rebooting the phone but that doesn't help. I've tried using other MMI codes and I get the same message.
Anybody any ideas?

Incidentally, with all the codes I've tried, when I press send I initially get a message "MMI code started" but then the error message

Tried all of those & still get '.....invalid MMI code' every time including ##61#. Have rebooted several times to no avail

Try ##002# and see what message you get.
