Calls dropping

Hi I have a Samsung s20 ultra I got the phone on the 10th March but after an update my phone started dropping calls continuously on the 11th March am not sure why nothing is damaged in protective case a also stay in a city so there is no hills or tree restricting my calls connecting can someone please tell me what is happening please

Hi i bought my Samsung 10 in October i noticed my calls were cutting out back then but i put it down to the network however the problem has since got progressively worse and it is cutting out constantly. Yesterday it wouldn't let me receive or make calls and in this chaotic time i need to be able to stay in touch with my family as you can imagine. Can you help please thanks. Leigh.
