Call waiting alert/beep heard by caller

Morning,

I hope you can assist. I have an annoying issue with my Sumsung S6 Edge, when on a call, if I receive another call at the same time I hear a call waiting beep tone which is ok, however I do not want the caller on the line to hear this, it is unprofessional and disrupts conversation. How do I stop this? I do want call waiting to be on, but no in-call sounds that can be heard by the person I am on the phone to. Thanks.

Will need to reconsider my contract with o2 as it is very easy to switch these days anyway

Do you not have an option to choose a the call waiting tone? Like I said, I have call waiting enabled but I've never bothered with trying to change the beep. How many people actually know what the notification means?

Where are you seeing that option?

It's not something I was aware of......

I did a google search and saw the term which apparantly is something a tech team can sort out at other networks
