Broken phone

Hello o2 

 

My phone as broken it happened at start of April and I cant claim off my insurance to get it fixed as they are only taking emergency calls (stolen or cancelling contracts) due to covid19.

What can I do to claim off my insurance please can anyone help?

@P8-_ O2's handling of customers in this crisis has been pathetic. They will take your call if you persist. 0800 587 4005 seems to get the best result of numbers in the link below. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen.

My phone's stopped working properly, I pay a lot for the insurance, but I can't begin the claim process. Where do I go? What do I do? I need my phone. It's like trying to navigate a rogue trader's website.
