I had 8 days ago. Apart from it stating it was a 'security fix'...I paid little heed and installed it (yep...I know ME...without asking here first!) 
Hopefully the patch will be distributed as quickly as possible no this made the headlines.

As stated above, Samsung have released it already on unbranded devices.
How long will it take networks to respond though.......?
That was my concern. The patch is available but it might not be provided to users of affected handsets right away.

I installed the patch a couple of weeks ago and from memory it was a hell of a big patch, some 300 odd Mbs.
