Just wondering when the honor 20 pro will see android 10 update. My wife has the honor 10 lite and that has it.

Hey there. Can I ask where you purchased your device from? I can't see that this was ever sold by ourselves so if it was purchased via the likes of Carphone Warehouse or another 3rd party, it's likely you'll be on the 'open market' update channel - meaning the update should come directly from Honor themselves and not via your network.

Hi again, still no update. Honor say it should come through the network or they can flash it for me. Is that my best option?
