I have a Samsung S10 on monthly contract. I think 30GB of data. My phone is constantly changing from 4G to 4G+. The minute it goes to 4G+ I cannot access anything. Emails, websites, live apps; anything that requires data just stops. I have turned off data and it still picks up 4G+.
Is there anyway of changing settings so it stays on 4G as that works perfectly.

I should say turned on and off the data but it still picks up 4G+

You can't select 4g or 4g+ but you can select 3g only which may help.
