Hi all
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, a 4G tarrif and am in a 4G area. However, I have no 4G signal and on my S4 I have no option to select 4G. Am I missing something?

wohoo! got the LTE option coming up now after 2 hours wait to download the firmware!!!

The challenge now is that the phone is not picking up 4G. Now I need to sit with customer service to find out why.. My latest bill and "My O2" does show up the 4G add-on.. So most likely a config issue from their side.

Hi All, Having major problems with my S4 Zoom. I have an O2 4G microsim, am in a 4G area but cannot get 4G anywhere in the country???

hi, i'm trying to activate 4g payg on my s4 but o2 keep telling me it's not available on the s4, i didn't buy the phone from o2 but i've got the latest firmware and the option for lte in network setting

hi phone is sim free and yes it's a 4g sim and i changed to a 4g tariff but couldn't get a data connection, o2 said it doesn't work on the s4 so swapped my back to a 3g tariff
