I have purchased a new phone from the o2 shop, but it will not connect to 02 . After speaking to live chat , on and off for 3 days, they tell me the phone is stolen and barred, this is impossible. What do i do now?

Hi

Is this a contract or Pay as you go phone?

Don't use live chat for issues like that.

Do you still have the receipt to prove if was bought at an O2 store?

If you do, I would go back to the store and explain the situation. You might get a refund or a replacement.

Cheers Bambino.

Edit applied to my post.

OP I wouldn't wait on a response to an e mail.

Go to your nearest O2 store.

I very much doubt if there are any O2 stores in Northern Ireland selling phones online. I fear you have been scammed.
