Unfortunately O2 does not give exact dates of when the software update will be available.

You just have to be patient I'm afraid

Stick your finger in the air and whistle Dixie, turn round three times, add 25 to your age and divide by the first number you thought of....

That should get you somewhere close wink

The 'whistling' of Bohemian Rhapsody is strictly prohibited, punishable by way of the offender being forced to listen to a continuous loop of Roger Whittakers greatest hits in a darkened room Crazy

Quite "interesting this. I contacted O2 about this and because I brought my phone from Carphone they suggested I contact them.......Carphone suggested that I contact HTC.......HTC had no idea when it would be avialable???? and you have have it right if you said that they said to me......Contact O2.!!!!! Strangest response from HTC, they most know surely when updates for there phones are to be released and to cap it they asked me how I felt my enquiry had been handled.

CPW sometimes brand their ROM's (and have a different firmware id to other networks or HTC's own). If yours has CPW firmware on it only CPW can tell you when it will be released. If you are on the standard HTC firmware they can tell you when you'll get the update.
I'd call HTC back and quote your firmware id and ask when that specifically will be updated and see what they say....
