Just got my Sony Xperia for my birthday and we bought it on Payasyougo and paid £10 for a Top-Up. It tells me to call 248 on my phone so I did that and this voice comes on telling me to enter the 16 digit code on the reverse of the card starting with 8944. Where do I type this in?? I'm in a call so where do I type the code into? Also, (not including the 8944) my code is 15 numbers not 16, does this matter?

You use the dialling keypad on the phone, it should accept the number of digits that you have.

Nothing to do with top up card problems then, I've asked for this post be moved to a new thread?
Have you tried cleaning the sim?
Give O2 a ring they can either send out a new sim card or restart your connection.
