is it normal having to wait over 3 weeks for an update?.. i get its done in batch's but the 2 other p30's that are used in the house updated in june

Have you tried manually upgrading the firmware? 

Is the phone running O2 or generic firmware?

i have tried to update via the settings,support app and also the hisuite software.. in unsure on how to check wether the the software is o2's or geneic.
