I was sent a new sim card because I get 1 bar if I'm lucky at home and often nothing. This also happens in other areas of north leeds. I have been with 02 since I got my first phone apart from two years with orange and had great signal until late last year. Its still same with the new sim.
Its not my phone because I had a surveyor round today and he is on 02 and he also could not get any signal.
What have you done 02 ? Have you reduced the number / efficiency of your masts ? Its a bit pointless having a phone that no one can call / text me on.

If your not locked into a contract then maybe think about moving networks.
Test them out via a payg sim for each network for a few days where you live, work and commute.
If your phones locked to O2 then get it unlocked.

Its not the phone as other people with different phones are having the same issue in my area. I have a brand new sim. The problem is o2. Whatever you have done to the masts has caused this. I have 1 bar again upstairs and none downstairs. It isn't my house because its the same outside the shops at moortown corner.
