I need to talk to customer care about an unauthorised double debit order (big amounts) and they can't help because I forgot the answer to my security question. Any advise how to solve this problem?

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can reset your security question in your MyO2.
