Hello,
Please can you send me the PAC code for my previous phone number +xxxxxxxxxxx?
My phone and sim card were stolen a few months ago, in Colombia. I had unlocked the sim card before travelling and ended my contract with O2. At the time of the robbery I got a new phone and a local sim. Now I want to put my old number on a new UK sim card so that I can access my old whatsapp account (which requires verification by text message).

@FinnPritchard Your sim card would not have been locked. How, exactly, did you end your contract? You need to speak to customer service as soon as you can. You can use Skype to call these freephone numbers:
+44800 902 0217 or +44800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
