Hi I'm on a plan for AirPods, one of which has stopped working.
Unable to get any support through the 02 App. I sat in a phone que for 20 minutes to customer services, call was answered and then cut-off!
Any suggestions on how to get a broken device repaired through 02?!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You would be better speaking direct to Apple https://support.apple.com as will be quicker and easier..

Thanks! I finally got through to customer services and they told me to go to either Apple or O2 Store!
