I have contacted you about 5 times about this matter already. I have also send a complaint on the 22nd of August and I should receive reply in a week time, unfortunately no one has contacted me. I've ordered Samsung Galaxy s23, about 3months ago, it comes with the offer. I should receive an unique code for Galaxy Buds2 pro, so I can purchase/redeem them for £1.
I haven't receive that code yet. Does anyone still waiting for the code?

This isn't customer services and no one will respond to you.
You need to wait for the complaints team to come back to you, and its 7 working days from when the complaint went in so beginning of September to expect a response.

I know that this is not a customer srevice also it has been 9 days since my complaint and no one has responded yet. Just looking for help and suggestions how else I can contact them, or what else I can do to get that code
