Ive purchased a samsung galaxy s23+ in october im still awaitin the promo code for the galaxy buds 2pro ur customer service team is very poor and all i get is excuses i have proof of purchase and the promo. I just wnt an honest answer where the code is because if i dont get one i will be reportin the problem to samsung and seeking advice about possible terminating my contract.

Follow the advice given for no code.

  1. If the Gift is not received and you remain on an eligible contract, then you should contact our Customer Service team on 0800 977 7337.
