Hi, I just received my end of device plan statement and it says I got 1p left to pay but it doesn’t let me pay on the app. And even when I called o2 they say there’s nothing to pay but it still shows 1p overdue on the app

@Mitu We've heard horror stories here about customer's credit ratings being ruined by O2 because of insignificant amounts still owed but not paid for one reason or another. Never for as small as a penny, but you just never know. Whatever you're being told should be confirmed in writing. I will tag an O2 online account advisor who will be on in the morning and can hopefully resolve this for you.
