Change account name for payment

Hi i need to change my bank details and account name as well

The name on the O2 account cannot be changed.

A new contract in the new name would be required.

You can change the bank details though which can be done in your MyO2 or by calling O2.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
