Thankfully, I had movement on my order and is with DPD schedule for delivery, it seems reading through this thread that a lot of orders have now been dispatched. Hopefully, this will be the end of this nightmare of an experience.

Agreed a lot of orders got processed yesterday evening for delivery or collection today! My local store opens at 9 so hope email shortly after that so can collect 16pm yay 🥳 straight away will buy screen protector from Istore (my lunch break) & put case on (bought John Lewis) can’t wait

I’ve read this thread and was hoping that I finally had some movement on my order last night when the cancel option was removed and an order sent message was added. Hoping to have a despatch email today there was nothing. O2 live chat are now saying out of stock and the credit check hasn’t even been completed yet. This is so frustrating.

They’re talking rubbish, you wouldn’t have an order number if the credit check hadn’t been processed.

I thought as much, especially when I have the message “This part of the order’s already been sent, so it can’t be cancelled - please arrange a return instead”.
Very confusing being told that it’s out of stock and I’ll get a despatch notification when it’s back in stock after they already added the above message to the order.
