I'm cancelling mine. Get it on release day for it to be faulty. Handed it back on Monday to get a replacement...Gona be November. O2 are useless ******

It’s a total nightmare. Mines on its way back to o2 now according to tracking and I received an email from switch up last night saying they still haven’t received my old device back! Well what a laugh I had replying back to them. It’s taken the excitement out of it all now I just cba with it now tbh.

Mine 16pm 256GB silver was collected from warehouse yesterday! So my order in transit according to o2 app!

 

got no more info! So looking likely will arrive at my local store later today! Or maybe Tomz or Monday!

hopefully can collect it Tomz! If not Sunday before we smash Aston Villa 😉😉

 

worst case it will be next week! once it in transit how long dose it normally take to get to o2 store?

Same here, ordered 13 Sept around 2:30pm. Still on processing with cancel option. Thinking about cancel it but i’m afraid that the new order may be even longer. At this stage i’m just waiting that hopefully i’ll see some change on my order soon.

Same situation - plan is to hold off cancelling for another week or two - guessing they are awaiting stock 

I ordered a PM 512GB Black so hoping some movement next week

Meant to be getting delivered today but there’s been no movement on the tracking since it was collected last night.. tracking number doesn’t work when entered into DHL so I don’t even think it’s been scanned into their system yet 😫
