@jmilner my tariff has been updated, although I haven’t received any emails/texts the order tracking in MyO2 shows it’s in transit has has been like that since Monday evening. Mine is click and collect

Mines in transit with tracking number...says on my O2 order page delivery date 20th and order completed 

 

But when I checked the tracking it's showing estimated delivery Monday 23rd...even though they collected it this morning at half 10...

@Benlfc Yeah i've done switch up for home delivery as was a nightmare trying to do it in the store, my delivery time briefly went down to 3 weeks paired with an email and then went back up to more than 4 without an email. I've also still got the option to cancel but fingers crossed it's not gonna be more than 4 weeks.

Mine did that until the phone was dispatched and then all of a sudden o2 notificationageddon happened, so think its just waiting for everything to catchup 

 

So unfortunately it seems like a new "feaure " of the 360 platform... aka confuse the customer

I still have no updates. Ordered on pre-order day at 1:45. Confirmation text saying order successful straight after. Nothing since. My order still says processing with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow but I have heard nothing and still gives me the option to cancel. I am not hopeful that it will come tomorrow.

I know on one of the Apple Forums, some people in NI on other networks are showing as Monday, that is the only thing I can think of...

 

If you dont live in NI then it could be delays at DPD or DHL
