O2 have gone downhill. They should never offered the option of home delivery for switch up to people on 360. But equally customer services is horrific. I’m interested to see what happens in my case. I have emailed the complaints email among other emails.

Got a text this morning saying "Sorry you've not got your [iPhone & order number] yet. We're expecting more very soon. We'll let you know when it's ready"
Wasn't expecting mine until next Tuesday anyway, so I wonder if this is early warning of a delay..

I got the same text message at 0730 this morning. I’m expecting my iPhone 15 Pro Max blue 256gb on Tuesday too. I’m doing mine via switch up but I’m hoping this isn’t the warning for a delay.
