Just had a look through some old emails and last year I didn't get the dispatch confirmation until about 5pm on the Thursday for my 14 Pro Max.  For the year before with my 13 Pro Max I didn't get it until about 6am on the Friday even though I did get it that same day, so I wouldn't worry too much about not seeing anything.

 

I didn't get my preorder in until quite late on the Friday because everything was a mess but for what it's worth my tracking (on the new system) still says:

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: 22 Sep 2023

STATUS: Processing

 

I'm sure it'll be fine  :slight_smile:

 

My wife went in store last Saturday to do a switch up order for a 15 Pro Max and was told it would be Tuesday 26th which I thought was pretty good considering.  She's actually just had the confirmation that it's in store ready to collect tomorrow so I have to say I'm pretty impressed with that.

Just dropping a message to clarify some points that have been raised on this thread so far ➡️

 

  • Customers who have O2 Switch Up as part of a Plus Plan and HAVE continuously done so since their last upgrade prior to 3 August, can continue to swap their phone whenever they like (subject to meeting our grading criteria)

 

 

  • Taking out any NEW Custom Plan or Plus Plan will be subject to credit checks. UPGRADES may be subject to passing a credit check dependent on the value of your previous device.
