Your DHL tracking should state when they expect to deliver it does it not?

Hi just been told this by o2 chat orderd my Apple Watch 1630 on 13th. 

I have checked your order and can see its provisioning as the order will be dispatched from the 20th on first come first serve basis, you will be notified once the order is been out for delivery via email or text

o2 this is pitiful!

DPD has my parcel at the depot, delivery for 11:00.

Order now showing as complete in MyO2, tariff has changed but had no text or email saying anything. The parcel is at my local depot and just waiting for the confirmed 1 hour slot from DPD

My local store says 10am but I’m sure they previously opened earlier for it.

I’ve tried ringing but they don’t answer at the best of times!
