The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like:

Thanks for making me feel welcome I appreciate that, my name's Tricia nice to meet you all ☺️ also thanks for the info you sent me realy helpful, I'm on a pay monthly plan SIM only ATM just to see how smoothly the network runs and what 02 I. General is like as a company hopefully all customer service and networks as good as it's said and I shall take several products out with you guys l😉 so far I'm slightly disappointed in the advisor that set me up on 15/02/23  as he misold me the product and mislead me into believing I would receive my prepaid MasterCard the next working day along with my SIM and he reassured me it would be ready to use in any store 🤬  I was rather hesitant to join the company as my past providers have provided me terrible customer service help and were very unprofessional brushing any issues under the carpet, not appreciating the customers like myself f who had a lot of products with them, now I feel like this is going to be another nightmare,

I just spent a few moments reading though the posts and  i thinks its great to have a company put so much effort into making customers feel welcomed and take time to get to no us,, So here's mine

Crazy fact, applied for Big brother when it first launched, past the first two stages I made my about me audition tape on my camcorder ready to send it in and lost the tape I decided not to go into the final audition stages and still do not no what happend to my tape 😉
