Hi everyone!
Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.
My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016!
This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like:
If you have any suggestions, questions about anything to do with O2 or the Community give us a shout or drop me a private message!
I look forward to speaking to you soon.

Then you need to look elsewhere @Gemmalancaster1
If you can afford to buy outright, look at Amazon or Tesco.

Everything is running much slower due to the crisis. It would depend on many factors.
1) You passing credit checks if you wanted a contract
2) Whether the phone is in stock as O2's sysem is NOT live
3) Even paying for next day delivery is a waste of time due to 1+2 above and the fact there are less people to process the order and deliver it.
So your chances of getting a phone from O2 by Wednesday are extremely slim.

Hi @O2Jim
Great to have you here and welcome to the madhouse forum.
Nice to hear a bit about you as well.
I have two lads and two cats. The cats are at home and the 'boys' are now living their own lives.
Same town as me and I see them often. (Or did before lockdown)
Welcome anyway

Hi Cleoriff,
Thanks for my first ever message on O2 Community
You didnt mention the cats names?!
So how you keeping in contact with you boys? Good old fashioned voice calls or video calls? I have a great deal of family in Scotland so WhatsApp video calls have been a life saver, even with friends who only live two minutes away!

The boys pop over with essential stuff. They don't come in, they leave it in the meter cupboard and we wave and blow kisses through the window.
Cats are called Gizmo and Lily. Brother and sister and hate each other.
