Some more great news on the O2 Wifi side.

Now you’ll be able to sit back relax, download the latest O2 tracks playlist or even play some amazing online games whilst having your favourite sub.. for us it has to be foot long!

Here’s the details of the rollout – http://news.o2.co.uk/?press-release=free-o2-wifi-now-in-over-1000-subway-stores

Let us know what you think guys and where you think we should spread our O2 Wifi wings to next?

Thanks

Brad

Great news Brad, let's hope a foot is the full 12 inches! Smiley LOL

I would think cinema, theatre foyers and supermarkets might be an idea?

Bus and railway stations would be very good too.

How about O2wifi work with small rural Village halls to provide free access to the residents of rural areas. Most are run as charities so perhaps o2 could provide the service free of charge to the charity.

The biggest impact and best possible publicity would be for free O2 wifi in all hospitals. Now that would be something really beneficial.

Some great ideas guys. The hospital one is interesting in particular to me, as I've read about a few theories that say that access to one's social network can actually speed up their recovery, as they don't feel so distant from the outside world.

What's you favorite subway? Meatball Marinara for me

This is the top idea, but would the people who make such a huge profit from providing of phone and TV systems in hospitals allow this to go ahead I wonder?

I think the advertising and awareness alone would be worth the cost to which ever network/company covered hospitals across the county, especially if it was a NHS endorsement. They could add a mast or 2 to more built up areas with more hospitals. Do you think it would ever be considered?
