My mobile is my main work phone number. I can connect the phone via wifi but get lousy call quaily via virgin media. 7 months is a long time to be paying for really bad call quality. When will tbis be fixed

Hi there @AnitaLuckett

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

We really wouldn't know here about when mast repairs can be completed.  This can be delays in getting parts from the EU which can now require more paperwork.

You can contact o2 customer services here

If you need to contact O2

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

Can't see why wifi calling would be bad with Virgin Media, it requires very little bandwidth and speed. If your WiFi was that poor it would be unusable

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
