Hi Everyone,
To say sorry for last week’s network issue, everyone who was directly affected will get the equivalent of 3 days back on their September bill or via their top-up.
To thank *all* our customers for supporting us through an unprecedented and difficult period, we are also giving everyone on O2 a £10 O2 voucher to spend in store.
More details on our blog post: http://blog.o2.co.uk/
Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Thanks
Abs

Thats cool. How will we be receiving these vouchers?
Hi there,
The voucher is redeemable via our O2 Priority Moments app or online at www.o2.co.uk/priority. It will be available between 1st and 30th September to download through Priority Moments and use in store, with no minimum spend. (One voucher can be used per transaction and no change given.) More details on our blog post: http://blog.o2.co.uk/
Thanks

i dont want the vouchers or money off i just want to leave, my reason has been posted in another thread but the short of it i was very ill having major surgery on my tummy, while pregnant, my family could not contact me, my other half is in the army half way across the world and no one knew if me and the baby was okay, all i want is to leave my contract without charges and go somewhere else as lost trust in o2 now.
Seems a bit pointless as this could, has and will happen on any mobile network, but if you do want to leave you will have to pay for the outstanding months of your contract.
This is the first outage I've had in four years with O2, stuff breaks at times it's a fact of life.

Hmmm, so as I wasn't affected I get a £10 voucher. Great. Only thing is, I have to get to an o2 store! I'll take any freebie going though
