O2 launches ‘Classic Pay As You Go’ today

O2 has today launched Classic Pay As You Go, its simplest Pay As You Go tariff ever. With a flat rate of just 5p a text, 5p a MB and 5p a minute, Classic Pay As You Go is perfect for those looking to keep in touch without worrying about bundles, inclusive minutes or minimum top up requirements. 

Available from today in O2 stores or at o2.co.uk/payasyougo, Classic Pay As You Go is designed for customers who want a simple tariff which they top up and pay for what they use, with existing O2 customers able to transfer to the new tariff by contacting O2. Everyone can benefit from Classic Pay As You Go’s simple pricing structure – it’s 5p. 5p a minute on calls to 01, 02, 03 numbers and UK mobiles, 5p a text to UK numbers and 5p a megabyte of UK data.
