Hi all,
First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.
So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are
If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.
Hope to speak soon!
Leonard

Hi AnnaMaria
You've done this perfectly.
I well remember when you were very much upmarket if you could afford a phone at home.
Have a look around and in the Off Topic section to see what's here.
Any questions just ask away.

Hello, I am new to forums, however would like to introduce myself. Mother of several teenagers and working long hours, I have been with O2 for many years, and have used O2 for all my children's mobiles. I have 1 daughter at high school at the moment, one of which has a mobile phone, and recently renewed her contract and I am in the process of renewing mine. I am a little confused at the new layout for these, and the refresh issues, and 4G and hope to get some guidance here.
Thanks

yes, the same happens to me, and i dont know why. when we were young it was normal to take your own bags with you, or you would be stuck, now, whatever you buy in any corener shop, the put it in a plastic bag, these just end up in the kitchen cupboard, or a bag drawer - everyone has one in their house - we even have one at work!! with todays oil crisis, and plastic bags not being renewable, or recyclable - it makes no sense to me what so ever. They are doing a lot of damage to our planet..:( . You would have thought in todays resessions and money issues world wide, that oil for plastic bags would no longer be created..
