Hi all,

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hope to speak soon!

Leonard

Yeah the sound has worked previously but I can't pinpoint when it stopped working.

Does it work if you view videos through the web browser or is it just the apps that don't work?

You must have a volume setting turned off somewhere or maybe you've downloaded an app that has a volume control that's turned down.... Any Music app, poweramp or something similar...?

Finally managed to get the sound working. All it took was doing a restart rather than a powerdown and low and behold..... Thanks for taking the time to help me MI5 🙂

hi I'm buffy .just joined but been with O2 for too long to remember lol. Seriously thinking of leaving tho due to very poor coverage which they cannot improve .I always found customer care very good but now that others are doing unlimited calls + texts + data cheaper I think its time for change .I'm fed up with calls dropping ,missed texts and given up trying to use internet as it just keeps loading forever ,have tried 3 different phones so know its not them.I've been complaining for last 5 yrs but enough's enough now .

Hi buffy, welcome to the forum. Sorry you are thinking but obviously you need to go with the best network giving you the best coverage. Try various P&G sims before choosing which one to go with.
