Hi all,

 

I'd like to welcome one and all to the O2 Community! Its a great place to get advice, post your feedback and talk about your ideas for the network. If you have a question that you need some advice on, head over to the devices section or the other products and services section. You can also get rewarded for helping others as well chat about anything you like in the off-topic section.

 

I'm Toby, the community coordinator of the forum. I also work with Marjo who is the head of community and Marina who is also a community coordinator like me. I've been working on the community since August 2012. It's been great so far and I look forward to hearing from many more of you slight_smile

 

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hi Ash, if you click on your name and go to "My settings" you can add a signature and also fill out lots of other info.

Afternoon folks,

 

Thought I should stop by and say a proper Hi! Have only just stumbled across this thread.

 

As my sig suggests, I work for O2 - currently in the Payment Management team, which means I spend a lot of my time helping people to get their accounts back on track, talking about payments and helping with usage queries - although quite often (such as during today's Customer Service systems issues) I end up doing all manner of other things. On that note, thanks to all of you for your patience today, it's much appreciated. slight_smile

 

Anyway, a bit about me - I hail from the glorious North West, have a background in purchasing before working here and studied Business and Law. Most recently, I ran my own business which I continue to run as I wind it down whilst settling into my role here.

 

I've always been a bit of a tech geek, love Sci-Fi (Trek, of course!) and my current phone is a Huawei P9 Plus, on O2.

 

Nice to meet you all, and I hope I'm able to be of some help as a member of the communuity. 

I work for O2, however any advice or opinion given in this community should be considered my own and not necessarily representative of Telefónica UK Limited.
