Hey everyone,

Whilst the days are getting shorter and the temperature is dropping like crazy there's one that that will warm you up, the September Community Rewards!!

Each month we have a massive amount of people asking and answering questions on all things related to O2 and mobile and generally keeping the community a fun place to be! We like to say thanks to those members who have really contributed to the community with credit of their next bill or on their PAYG balance!!

Nothing here yet but I understood both August and September would be added at the same time. Obviously another system glitch....

I have had the August but not the September one yet.
You can see what reward has been added @Cleoriff - just follow the "how to download you bill" guide and click on recent charges.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I have had August applied but not September award.

Also was told they would be applied together.

Will Sept be applied Nov?

Could it be now that billng date will be taken into account

I had my first very welcome award (August) applied to Oct

Then follows next very welcome award (Sept) may be applied Nov?

I could be getting very confused now ~ it's becoming difficult to

remember
