O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

@Yep I received my tariff change email etc earlier today, same 256GB SG ordered but on 27th Oct @ 9:32am, but seems like their onto 28th orders too... Good news for lots of people I should think.

@Chris_K ....I worked in logistics for many years and I wrote the procedure manual for the warehousing, despatch and transport functions.
I can almost guarantee that any written procedures (which you have probably quoted in your recent posts) have not been followed 100%....they rarely are.

Hi everyone, just to let you know I ordered the SG 256 iPhone X at 10.30am on the 27/10/17. Received an email to say that the phone will be delivered for next day delivery. Nothing has updated on My O2 or no text either. Hopefully we are now seeing the stock starting to ship out. I’m in Belfast Northern Ireland.

Hmmmm, when I ordered the phone - I chose a 20gig contract, that came with 10gig extra per month
I dont see any mention of this extra data anywhere in my account
Did anyone else order a similar tarrif?

@Anonymous I did but unfortunately couldn't upgrade until 12/11 so my tarrif hasn't changed yet as I'm still waiting for delivery. I will be sure to check my tarrif when it does update/change it that's the case.

hmmm..so my new customer (personal, Ive had a business account over 7 years) order on the 27th for a 256gb SG was confirmed at 16.45 - home delivery. I've still had no update, myo2 still refuses to say I have an order at all.
So @Chris_K - based on your useful updates, how does this make any sense, when someone from the 28th is now getting their's delivered tomorrow?
