12DAYSOFCHRISTMAS_DRAFT2C.png

Hi all,

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and enjoyed the holiday period!

It has been very nice to see so many of you participating and having a good time in the 12 Days of Christmas discussions over the past couple of weeks - thank you! smiling

As mentioned in those topics, Santa has kindly gifted us with some £15 Amazon vouchers, and has now picked one random participant from each of the 12 topics to receive one. You can find the list of winners below!

I will be sending all winners a PM (private message here on the forum) with the voucher code during today so please keep an eye out for that.

Please do feel free to still participate in the Christmas topics if you'd like, despite the competition element having closed - we enjoy reading your comments. smiling

@Glory1 @welshsteve76 I also enjoyed reading the comments a lot, some of the discussions made me laugh out loud! LOL

I suspect the discussion about brussel sprouts caused a few giggles @Marjo?

PS not a sprout to be seen in this house over the festive period....Happy Dance

I prefer Michael Mcintyre's term for sprouts: fart bombs!

My first post in mobile view on the updated Community forum layout... And yes, we have no bananas, but can it be edited?

It can, but Quote in editor takes the parent post, not the preceding comment.  thinking

Probably as I did not hit Comment on @Cleoriff's comment

@Cleoriff Brussel sprouts, chestnuts etc... It is very clear now how you feel about those! LOL I love brussel sprouts myself, they're kind of like round broccoli!

The joys of being single.... though we did manage to find a pub open Christmas night but  for some strange reason we had to leave at midnight... perhaps because one of us was legless 🤣🤣🤣

@Anonymous I made bread and butter pudding to use up some oldish bread yesterday, very tasty. Bread and jam is perfectly acceptable Bow
