Volt Megaguide has the benefits and the gotchas - and it takes up to 14 days to be activated on a Virgin Media Broadband and an O2 Mobile contract account at the same address, @volt-merg.

How long for.

Usually 14 days after sign up.

Check that your address is EXACTLY the same on both O2 and Virgin
