I recently travelled to the US and I believe I have volt benefits on my tariff. However when I arrived, I received a text saying I need to buy a “Zone 1 Bolt On”. As far as I know, with Volt benefits I can use my regular tariff in the US. This morning I have enabled to o2 travel onto my tariff and the information says I need to pay £6 a day for any use of unli calls text and data but i’m not sure. Please can I get clarification for what I am eligible for?

If you have the MyO2 App you can check under Your Bolt Ons.

You should have Travel Inclusive if you are on Volt

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As this isnt customer services then you will need to contact them to confirm if you have this on your account.
