Hi checking today on my o2 account which seems to have been moved to the new website / layout
When I try to check my virgin media / o2 super charge benefits it says
" Sorry - it doesn’t look like you’re currently eligible for these benefits "
I have been with virgin as a broadband customer for years and up until I renewed my o2 pay month sim only plan the system does not seem to recognise I am also a virgin customer.
Any ideas how I can resolve this ? as I am currently getting double data but that now seems to be expiring on 24 March 2024 and not running for the full term of my renewed o2 account which I did earlier this month
