Resolved! Is 02 Sim only contract an Eligible contract for Volt benefits

I've had a Sim only contract for over 2 years and we've recently moved to virgin broadband and TV. I was told I'd get my data doubled but when I try to redeem the offer it won't do it. Any idea why?
