Volt data benefits not activating

Hi,

I have both Virgin Media with broadband and am an O2  customer. I have tried to activate my double data Volt benefit with no success.

The address and area code show up correctly in my Virgin and O2 accounts.

Please can you assist with this?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
