Hi I recently spoke to a customer service advisor at virgin media about the broadband issues at our home. He said as my husband is registered with them and I have an o2 account we would be eligible for volt benefits and get WiFi boosters but it’s still saying I am not.

What we know about Volt
The address on both the Mobile and the Broadband bill should be exactly the same.
